2. Subscription Services Refunds
For subscription-based services, the following refund terms apply:
- Monthly Subscriptions: Full refund available within 7 days of initial purchase
- Annual Subscriptions: Full refund available within 30 days of initial purchase
- Partial Usage: Refunds for partially used subscriptions are calculated on a pro-rated basis
- Auto-Renewal: Cancellation of auto-renewal does not constitute a refund request
- Downgrades: No refunds for downgrading subscription tiers
3. One-Time Service Refunds
For one-time services such as implementations, audits, and custom development:
- Before Work Begins: Full refund if cancellation occurs before project initiation
- During Development: Refund amount based on work completed and materials delivered
- After Completion: No refunds for completed services unless service failure is proven
- Change Requests: Additional costs for scope changes are non-refundable
- Client Delays: No refunds for delays caused by client-side issues
4. Non-Refundable Services

- Custom development work that has been completed
- Training sessions that have been conducted

- Services cancelled due to client breach of contract
- Refunds requested more than 30 days after service completion
